In today’s constantly changing market you need to have every advantage if you are looking to buy or sell Indianapolis Real Estate. It is important to have an understanding of the real estate process that can sometimes be complex and overwhelming. To assist you in feeling more comfortable with the real estate process I am sharing real estate terms and their meaning. Covenants and conditions – Covenants are promises contained in contracts, the breach of which would entitle a person to damages. Conditions, on the other hand, are contingencies, qualifications or occurrences upon which an estate or property right would be gained or lost.
